"How do I know if my order went through?"
Every successful order recieves an automatic confirmation email (to the email you provided when you check out) after your purchase is processed. Make sure to check your junk folders, just in case.

"What if I entered the wrong info at checkout?"
Email us immediatly after with the correct information. The longer you take to email us, the more likely that your order will go out before being corrected.

"How and when do i get a tracking number?"
Your tracking number will be automaticlly emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. Make sure to check your email for the USPS tracking number.

"How long will my order take to be shipped?"
We are a small two person business, and we're doing our best to get your order to you. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to get your order shipped.

"What do I do if I recieved the wrong item?"
Please send us an email as soon as you recieve your order with your order number and a photo of the item recieved.

"What if my item arrives damaged?"
Please send us an email as soon as you recieve your damaged order with your order number and a photo of the items recieved. Please keep in mind, USPS is responsible for damages so you might need to submit a claim directly with them, but we'll help anyway we can.

"Can I get this in so/so color/style?"
Sorry, we do not make custom ones offs. We do however do wholesale custom orders with a 25 piece minimum.
